Southminster Child Care Center
Loving. Supportive. Safe. Educational
Our Mission Statement
Southminster Child Care Center is a mission of the church, organized in 1981 to provide a loving, supportive, safe and educational environment for the children in our care. Through positive interaction with the children and their families, and by working in a supportive and encouraging manner, it is our desire to promote health, strength and well-being to the family unit.
The center is in compliance with two important federal laws. Title VI which requires non-discriminatory policies with regard to race, color or national origin, and Section 504 and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Dana Ladd
Assistant Director
My name is Dana Ladd. I am the assistant director at Southminster Childcare. I started at Southminster in August of 2010. Prior to joining the Southminster team I worked in many roles the past 24 years of my childcare career. My love of children began at an early age. Watching children grow and learn has always been a joy in my life. Every child is a gift and teaching them has made a lasting impact on my life. The greatest joy is seeing their smiling face as they enter the building each morning.
I am blessed to have a son of my own. JP is 26 and the greatest gift. I am the youngest of four older brothers. I enjoy family time and going to live music events.
I look forward to the future of Southminster Child Care and the possibility of growth in our community.
